You remain the owner of your Google Ads account and are responsible for all charges incurred in your Google Ads account. Ninja is not liable for advertising costs charged by Google to your account.
You may revoke Ninja's access to your Google Ads account at any time through Google's account permissions settings. Revoking access will disable our ability to manage your campaigns.

All subscription fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Ninja does not guarantee specific advertising results, click volumes, lead counts, or return on ad spend (ROAS). Actual results vary based on market conditions, competition, your website quality, and other factors outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NINJA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF NINJA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall Ninja's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ninja and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
